| LAUF members: | "I got my first pair a few days ago and finally had a chance to wash and wear them. I bought a tan pair and out of the package they appear a bit dark and they didn't feel very smooth. But then I put them on. Wow! Great product! They are a nice tan when stretched over the legs; just a little darker than the tan 599's. They aren't quite as sheer as the 599's, but the 599's are very sheer. So they aren't quite a stealthy, but still aren't really all that noticeable either. As for the finish, I would say they are exceptional; very smooth. Although I wore them with shorts, I would think they would glide really well under pants. They felt great on my freshly epilated legs! They also stayed up really well all day; no sagging. I met a friend for lunch yesterday at Firehouse Subs and nobody seemed to notice them or stare. Not even my friend. Then I went to pick up some things at a restaurant equipment & supply store. I walked around there for 30 minutes or so, encountered several customers and employees, and none of them took notice of my 535's. The only thing I don't really care for is the higher waist. I prefer a shorter/lower waist in hose. But since the price is great and they feel wonderful, I will definitely overlook a minor thing like the higher waist and buy some more. Great hose!" |
