Activskin and Levee male / unisex pantyhose on this page. It accepts PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Amex, local cards and local phone telecharge for payment. The shop itself seems to be rather an erotic-oriented one and not the usual sock-and hose shop.
Unfortunately it is only available in French language. But pricing might be a bigger problem for the US. products: while a pair of Activskin A569 at Steve Katz' original webshop costs $11.99, it rockets to $26.5 (EUR 19.90) at Silver-Lingerie. Should it be the transport and customs costs doubling the price? Levee Dimesion 3D costs EUR 10.00 at Maennerlingerie.de while we need to leave EUR 10.60 at Silver-Lingerie for it - so the pricing clue is definitely about the distance/taxes.
